Ethical AI Panel

Helpful Resources:

As I’ve spent a lot of time during the last year speaking on AI – I’ve witnessed all the emotions from the groups I regularly meet with – from fear and uncertainty to fascination and excitement. Sitting down with our internal leaders and our external partners has opened my eyes to the responsibility we have to create and share our vision and communicate that well. At GadellNet, we believe that AI should not just “optimize business processes” but it should amplify human impact, strengthen trust, and reinforce values. By taking a proactive stance on ethical AI, leaders can ensure the technology used in their organizations remains a force for good. Ashley Pyle
We can’t settle for using AI just to move faster and cut costs. That’s not leadership. As B Corps, we’ve committed to building businesses that serve a greater good, and our technology should do the same. We have to show that ethical AI isn’t a limitation but instead is the key to ensuring that this generation’s innovation is one that the next will be grateful for. Margaret Rogers
Technology will never stop changing, but ethics do not. We must continue to apply consistent ethical considerations no matter how hyped, impactful, or interesting a new technology is to us. Ben Davis
Generative AI is taking off fast—but we’ve seen big shifts like this before. Now’s our chance to take what we’ve learned from past cultural shifts waves and set smart governance with clarity, speed, and a future-focused mindset. Julia Korns
AI isn’t inherently good or bad.  But the choices we make matter. That’s why intention, how we select, develop, secure, power, govern,  and use it makes a big difference now and in the future. Jonathan Will
